Managing a modern city to ensure high quality of life requires objective information about its processes and results.
Smart City Monitor helps to automatically collect actual evidence data on city objects, calculate key performance indicators and present results to end users.
As a city is a complex system, its representation can be provided with quality management standards ISO 37120, 37122, 37123. Smart City Monitor implements these standards as novel digital tools for continuing auditing of compliance considering different areas of city life, for example, Economy, Finance, Governance, Housing and others. Each of them has its own set of KPIs defined in the standards.
Users select the objects of monitoring and observe their performance using interactive online reports.
Unified reports are used to quickly analyse different system objects. They allow access to numerous additional tools for analysing diverse processes, it's dependencies and causes of possible problems in real time and in the future.
